CREATEAM ("we", "us", "our") operates a team-based learning program in Seoul, Korea. By creating an account and participating in any CREATEAM House, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use CREATEAM's services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement. CREATEAM is open to participants of all nationalities currently residing in or able to commute to Seoul, Korea.
Participation in a CREATEAM House requires acceptance through our application process. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. Once accepted, participants are expected to: • Attend scheduled sessions (offline and online) • Contribute actively to their team • Treat all members with respect CREATEAM reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the program or violates community standards, without a refund.
Program fees are charged after acceptance and before the program start date. All prices are listed in Korean Won (KRW) on each House detail page. Payment is processed through PortOne, a third-party payment provider. By providing payment details, you authorize CREATEAM to charge the stated amount.
Refunds are available as follows: • 7 or more days before program start: 100% full refund • 3 to 6 days before program start: 50% refund • After program starts: No refund All refund requests must be submitted in writing to createam.house@gmail.com.
Any frameworks, curricula, or resources created by CREATEAM remain our intellectual property. Work created by participants during the program belongs to the participants. By participating, you grant CREATEAM a non-exclusive right to document and share program activities (photos, written summaries) for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
CREATEAM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify participants of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, Korea.
