How it works

Step 1 of 4Choose your House

Each House is built around one shared goal topic — like hosting an event, building a Seoul guide, or starting a YouTube channel. You don't pick your teammates. You pick your goal. We handle the rest.

We don't do random matching. Every application is read by a real person. Then we build each team by hand — looking at backgrounds, goals, working styles, and nationalities to create the best possible group dynamic.

Builders, dreamers, first-timers. People with goals they haven't started yet. People who are tired of doing everything alone. If you want to actually make something happen — with a team that won't let you quit — this is it.

English. Our teams are multicultural — English is simply the language that brings everyone together. You don't need to be fluent, just comfortable enough to be yourself.

7 offline sessions (3h each) · 5 online check-ins (90min each) · 4 co-work weeks · 1 Open House. About 30 hours of structured sessions. With co-working, hangouts, and project work across 16 weeks.

A House is a topic — the thing your team will do together. Pick the one that calls you.

600,000 KRW for 16 weeks (150,000 KRW/month). Payment is processed after your application is accepted. We'll send details after your interview.

The finale. At the end of 16 weeks, your team opens its doors and shares what you've made — with friends, guests, and anyone curious enough to show up. Some teams cook. Some perform. Some launch. Every team celebrates.

You join the "Village" — CREATEAM's alumni community. Priority access to future cohorts, Village events, and a growing network of people who've done what you're about to do.

Offline sessions at partner spaces in Seoul. Online sessions on Zoom or Google Meet. Locations and links shared via Discord before each session.
